CYS 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program
15 weekends over 15 months

Welcome to Chattanooga Yoga School’s 300 Hour Adv Yoga Teacher Teacher Training Program. We are honored to join together with locally experienced and skilled teachers to support you on a somatic and embodied psychology based yoga journey that brings greater meaning, understanding and embodiment to not only your practice and your teaching but also to your way of life. Students will crystallize these somatic principles through practice, study, discussion, and teaching.

Chattanooga Yoga School’s lead trainers have over 15 years each of advanced specialty studies and teaching as well as decades of personal practice and study that will add to the dimension of your experience.

Increase self-knowledge, acceptance and compassion through advanced studies in “embodied-inquiry”, asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. Our training is well-rounded, in-depth studies of yoga with an emphasis on deepening personal embodiment as the basis for developing depth and power as a teacher. The tools that you will learn will enhance all styles and levels of practice—beginning to advanced, and gentle through vigorous.

This program builds on the foundation of the 200-Hour Teacher Training Program, providing an additional 300 hours of study. The Certificate Program is open to yoga teachers with a 200-Hour Certificate from any Nationally Registered Yoga School. This is a deeply satisfying study for serious yoga practitioners and teachers alike. Dedicated yoga students are welcome to attend individual modules of this training for the purposes of advanced study.

Completion of both 200-Hour and 300-Hour Programs qualifies you for a 500-Hour Teaching Certificate with the National Yoga Alliance Organization.
